Chronosphere ​

Send metrics and traces to Chronosphere for cloud-native observability.

Prerequisites ​

  • Chronosphere account
  • API token with write permissions

Setup Instructions ​

Step 1: Generate Chronosphere API Token ​

  1. In Chronosphere, navigate to API tokens
  2. Create a new token with write permissions
  3. Copy the token and endpoint URL

Step 2: Configure Destination in Datable ​

  1. Navigate to Destinations in Datable
  2. Select Chronosphere
  3. Provide configuration:
    • Destination Name: A descriptive name
    • Endpoint: Chronosphere ingestion endpoint
    • API Token: Your Chronosphere token
    • Organization: Organization identifier
  4. Click Save

Configuration Options ​

  • Data Type: Metrics, traces, or logs
  • Batch Size: Points per request
  • Compression: Enable compression
  • Custom Labels: Add metadata labels

Troubleshooting ​

Authentication Errors ​

  • Verify API token is valid
  • Check token permissions
  • Confirm organization ID

Data Not Appearing ​

  • Check endpoint URL
  • Verify data format
  • Review rate limits
